NanoACi cost in the UK explained
NanoACi brings together three of your own tissues in one appointment: your cartilage cells, prepared with the Mytocel MSK micrografting technique, a ChondroFiller collagen scaffold, and PRF prepared from your own blood on the day. Preparing and delivering all three in a single sequenced session is the work behind the price. There is no laboratory culture and nothing is grown over weeks, which is what keeps this a one-visit treatment rather than surgery.
At London Cartilage Clinic the protocol is performed by Professor Paul Lee. The all-inclusive figure folds in the MRI scan and the follow-up so there is nothing to add on top. We do not quote the imaging, the consultation and the session as separate fees to be totalled later.

A single 30-minute outpatient appointment under local anaesthetic. No general anaesthetic and no theatre. Most patients go home the same day. - 4
First week
Rest the joint for the first week and keep the small ear donor site clean. Most people are back to light daily activity the same day. - 5

A follow-up appointment is included. Improvement usually starts between two and six weeks.
Funding, insurance and payment
Self-pay
£8,000 for the session, or £8,500 all-inclusive, settled by bank transfer or card before treatment.
We can discuss finance options on request. We do not actively promote a specific finance partner.
Private medical insurance
London Cartilage Clinic is a private-pay practice and does not work with UK insurance panels. NanoACi is not routinely available on the NHS or via the major UK insurers.
We can provide an itemised invoice for you to submit to your insurer if you wish to claim the treatment back; the agreement is between you and your insurer.
International patients
Outcomes after NanoACi
NanoACi is a regenerative protocol, not an immediate symptom-relief injection. Most patients notice less pain and stiffness between two and six weeks. In studies of the auricular micrografting technology behind the Mytocel MSK step, benefit has been reported to last at least three years from a single session. Those figures describe the technology, not London Cartilage Clinic’s own case numbers.
Professor Lee will explain, in writing at consultation, what the evidence does and does not yet show for your particular joint. As with any newer combination, the strongest evidence sits with each component, and outcomes for the protocol are reviewed case by case.
